Privacy policy
Effective from 6 October 2026
1. Who we are
The controller of your personal data is PRACOWNIA ARTYSTYCZNYCH WYROBÓW SZKLANYCH "ARTGLASS" ALEKSANDRA MIRIAM MUCHLA-RAFALSKA, NIP 5842368105, Legionów 44, Gdańsk (“Art Glass”, “we”).
Studio: Legionów 44, Gdańsk. For any questions about your data, contact us at kontakt@artglass.studio or 667 947 564.
2. What data we process and why
Contact form and e-mail. When you send a message through the form or write to us directly, we process your name, e-mail address and the content of your message.
- Purpose: answering your enquiry and further correspondence (e.g. about workshops or a piece of work).
- Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in replying to messages; where the enquiry concerns concluding a contract (e.g. booking a workshop) — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- Retention: for the time needed to handle the enquiry and no longer than 12 months after the correspondence ends; if a contract is concluded — until any claims become time-barred.
Phone calls. If you call us, we process your phone number and the information you give us, solely to handle your call (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Technical data. When you visit the site, the hosting provider records technical data (e.g. IP address, browser type, time of the request) in server logs. We use it to keep the site secure, including protection of the contact form against abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are kept for a short time, according to the hosting provider's retention periods.
Providing data is voluntary, but without an e-mail address we cannot reply to your message. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
3. Who receives your data
Your data is processed on our behalf by providers of technical services, under data processing agreements:
- Vercel Inc. (USA) — website hosting;
- Resend, Inc. (USA) — delivering messages from the contact form to our mailbox (EU sending region);
- OVH SAS (France) — e-mail hosting;
Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (USA), it is based on the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses used by these providers.
4. Cookies and analytics
- NEXT_LOCALE — a technical cookie that remembers the language version of the site; it is necessary for the site to work and does not require consent.
- Vercel Web Analytics — anonymous visit statistics without cookies and without identifying you.
Links to our profiles on Instagram and Facebook and to Google Maps lead to external services, which process data under their own privacy policies.

You have the right to:
- access your data and receive a copy of it,
- rectify your data,
- have your data erased,
- restrict processing,
- object to processing based on our legitimate interest,
